Maybe we have "meals" under control (sure we dowww.aarp.org/community/editor/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/msn/devil_smile.gif" />), but what about snacks?
Does anyone actually keep a supply of washed and cut celery stalks etc. in their refrigerator?
What about fresh fruit?
For that matter, what's a snack anyway? Do you think about thinks like fat, sugar and calories when it isn't really meal time, but you're hungry? Do you buy "snack food"? and if you do, what?
Geez, I love crackers with pepperoni, cheese, pickles -- sometimes Fritos and queso, or my own bean dip (refried beans, cheddar, salsa), I can gorge on that all night -
Just wishful thinking. It's tomatoes and lite cottage cheese now, or a fresh orange. When the fruit starts to ripen (late May) it will be a daily dose of whatever's ripe. I've got a good mix of fruit trees and grape vines so much of it will be from my own yard, but there are a lot of good fruit stands around too.
