LOL! I don't think Blue Bell is sold where I live (NV). I seem to remember looking it up on line in the past, and tried to do that now, but got malware warnings and I didn't care enough to persue it<G>.
Not so big on the canned aerated lite cream stuff... but that cake could have used it. I think it would be improved by dividing it into two teacups and being served topped with vanilla ice cream.
I read this recipe and got up and went and made one, It is very easy but has a real spongy texture. I also think I overcooked it. Most stores have the microwave brownies in several varities and lemon cake I think. I love the chocolate ones but they cost close to $2.50 a piece. They also only take about 1 and half to 3 minutes to cook and have a package of topping as well. I have been thinking about dividing a cake mix into halves too. With this I think it would have a better texture if you doubled the ingredients except for the egg. I will try that next. Very good for a chocolate emergency! Thanks, Sue
