Has anybody posted a recipe for red beans and rice? I'd like to have a recipe - simple please!! I'm not fond of garlic, so I won't use it. Nor do I care for jalepeno or chili peppers! Should I drain the can of red beans or use its liquid? What simple seasonings can or should I try? And has anybody had any luck with freezing batches for later reheating in the microwave? Thanks for any and all suggestions!
I thank you all very much for the interesting recipes and suggestions. While I'm not an adventurous cook, I do like to eat! Since I usually cook all my meals for the week on one day, its going to be an interesting time in the kitchen. Thanks again to you all (and sorry about the double post)
