I was poking around on the new web site and came across the following under Medicine:
It sounds a little different than other walking programs I've looked at. Has anyone here checked it out or tried it?
You can easily set your own goals with the “step up to better health” program. There are four different trails that you can choose to complete each over a ten week period. If you are super active, you can track your steps on the Lewis and Clark trail. If you are just starting to exercise for the first time, you can walk along the Alaska Highway. It’s really neat to be able to see your progress each week and to know that you have a destination to get to.
