Fred and I have the Golden Access Passport and the KOA discount card but is there any other one we can apply for? We are both over 55 and disabled, Fred is also 100% VA disabled.
We're planning a week at Land Between The Lakes in Western KY and plan on camping at Hillman Ferry but when I went to book our reservations they asked for a Golden Age Pass and I wasn't sure if that's the same as the Golden Access Passport we have. I e-mailed the campground but the lady who handles these things is out of the office until Monday.
They got back to me from LBL and said that the golden access passport is the same as the golden age pass. The only difference is the golden age is for those over 62 and the golden access is also for the disabled under 62. You can go to any federal facility and get a new one.
I really appreciate all the reply's. I knew I could count on fellow camper's to have the answer's.
