My husband and I also belong to a camping group of FCRV our group name is the Timberliners here in Colorado.
Yes, welcome to the group. I live in northern Oregon, on the Columbia River. We have done lots of RV'ing over the year in the windows of time that are available. Yes, we are retired from regular jobs, but also have a hobby farm of 130 acres of cherries. We love the southwest with all its parks and vistas and would like to be on a non-time schedule. I agree with you, you will find most RVers very happy to exchange information, places to see, how to be comfy in whatever abode you have. They readily share road routes on the ease and safety of traveling. Everywhere you go you find beauty in our country. Drive safety.
