That's potentially a big one. If rates are lower, especially in summer, don't run A/C during the day. Rather, run it in the evening and cool the house nicely which should ;last for 24 hours until the next evening.
I signed up for the off-peak billing with my electric company year around and it saves about $15/month. I don't notice much of a difference in the home temperature.
