in with the stock add a touch of worcestershire sauce it will give it that bite.
the reason i never included it in the recipe is i didnt know you get it over in the states. i gave the same tip to chris and she really enjoyed it.
by the way i have formed a group called deliciously british which has alot of british recipes and more being added to it.
Wonderful Mike, I like to try different dishes. Can't say that I have been introduced to
British fare before but am more than willing to try some really good food and I have this
habit that once I have tried a recipe or while I am putting a recipe together I sometimes
doctor it up with things like the worchestershire sauce or some other type of spice.
