Hi ya Baby J,
I have made this recipe with low calorie items, and just as good as the original recipe. I used Non Fat Sour Cream, and Low Sodium Cream of Chicken Soup and used 1% Milk. I am sure you would love the recipe, try it out. But as I said to the last person, I would not make it with a bottom crust, I find just the topping is filling enough for the recipe.
Let me know how you like it once you do try it out.
