I'm trying to eat a little healthier these days and lose a few pounds too. I'm always on the lookout for new recipes that are low-fat, low sodium, low sugar but still taste great. I still have a 20 yr old son living at home, so keeping him happy with my dinner offerings is a challenge also. Simplicity is a plus for me since I still work full time and stay generally busy outside the home. I'd love to share some of my favorites and also try some of yours.
