That sounds delicious, Duane. I can in from work last night after working about 12 hrs and looked at some sliced beef that I was going to use to make some beef stuffed rolls. I decided to marinate the meat in some oriental seasonings instead and I'm getting to grill the thin steaks on the stove top. A pot of steamed rice, some bean sprouts, some soft lettuce leaves rolled with these beef slices are going to be my lunch tonight and there'll be enough to share. Cooks up pretty quick, too. Keep those quick meal ideas coming, I love to read them. I don't always have time to respond but i read the postings practically every day.
Leftovers offer an infinite variation for a second meal. In fact, I do it deliberately cooking a meal for more than one taking advantage of bulk purchases. The previosly frozen meal only requires a thawing and a change to another offering with changes.
