1 egg, 3 tbl. soy sauce, 1 tbl sherry or water, 1/8 tsp. grd. ginger, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 4 tbl. bread crumbs ( I chose Itallian), 4 lean pork chops.
Spray jelly roll pan with Pam or lightly grease cookie sheet with sides...Beat egg, soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder and sherry together. Put bread crumbs in a pie plate or round bowl. Dip the pork chops in egg mixture then into bread crumbs. Bake at 350o oven for 30 minutes. Turn over and bake 20 minutes more. For Chicken bake 30 minutes each side..Serve 4
