Have you ever gone into the bathroom, looked at your pill bottle and asked yourself -- Did I take that Pill?
Sometimes we follow through on actions like taking a pill or putting out the cat or locking the back door so mindlessly, that we do not remember the action. Then we end up taking a second pill ( not good) or getting up in the middle of the night to check the back door.
I have started a list of tricks that help me to remember to take my meds.
Here is my list -- lets add to it -- share your tricks
Take morning pills along with a daily routine, such as brushing your teeth or morning coffee. Get in the habit.
Keep pills in sight – near by the tooth brush or coffee cup.
When I take a pill – Flip that pill bottle upside down.
Make a list of pills, the time to take each, add a note like w/ or w/o food, draw a picture of each pill. Make a check next to the pill if you took it.

The only improvement I can add is that my day of the week box also has has four times for each day...Breakfast, Lunch, Supper, and Bedtime. This REALLY helps if you have multiples. Now... No excuse! Take your medicine! Joy
