In Response to Week 12: Dr. Kelly Traver's Life-Changing 12-Week Program by carole
I've been maintaining but not losing for the past few weeks. What I will commit to is getting back to the strategies that helped me lose, in particular logging my eating. I will also bump up my exercise now that it's staying light out later and I'm done with school. I am also reading a good book by Dr Fuhrman about Eating to Live/Eating for Health (2 different books), which is about eating nutrient rich foods to stave off hunger, etc. I generally eat this way but still have areas for improvement. :-) I'm looking forward to a healthy spring!!
