I've a personal goal...my youngest daughter and her husband are renewing their wedding vows in July and I really want to surprise them with my weight loss. well,the weight i intend to lose. but i really need help. I live alone and pretty much eat whatever i want to. mainly dishes that don't require much preperation or just a sandwich. at the age of 61 and weighing in at 195 lbs. and 5'4" tall...its not looking good for me. I've highblood pressure and take meds to help lower it. I just can't seem to get motivated and 'stay' motivated...any suggestions?
