1st Cemyork - congratulations on the 50lb weight loss, great job without a doubt. You have really hit the nail on the head when you said " "conscious eating" and "consistent exercise".
My question is how did you manage to start out at walking 2 miles/day, did you do it all at once or break it up into different times?
I'm with you on the question of how did you start out walking 2 miles? I have arthritis in my knees and ankles; my thighs go to sleep where the fat presses on the nerves in my groin. I feel like I'm in a Catch 22 with the exercise part of losing weight. Therefore, I just don't start or even try. Help!
