OK--bathing suit and boating season will soon be upon us and I said this last year at this time, but darn it, this year I really mean it---I WILL GET RID OF THIS FLABBY BELLY! The 10 to 15 pounds that I would like to lose seem to have found a very comfortable home right around my middle....well maybe a few on the hips and the "love handles" have expanded a little also.
So when I heard about Carole doing the From Fat2Fit Challenge, I thought this would be a great way to be held accountable by weighing in every week, keeping an exercise journal, and meeting other people who have the same goals. So how about it, you Seniors, do you want to be part of the 65 and Older Challenge?
Hope to hear from you soon.
No matter how difficult the challenge, when we spread our wings of faith and allow the winds of God's spirit to lift us, no obstacle is too great to overcome.
Yes, I am certainly going for the Fat2Fit Challenge. For me accountability is the key but it seems that I need it from the outside rather than "me to me".
Over the last 5 years, I have gained about 20-25 lbs. depending on the season, heck the time of day. I am 66 and employed outside the home full time and exercising has really been a problem since I can't go before work in the AM.
Since my taxes are done, I am now looking forward to April 15thwww.aarp.org/community/editor/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/msn/regular_smile.gif" />
