You just have to make sure you don't show up at the cookies table on an empty stomach. Make sure you have available fruits, vegetables and lots of good , healthy non-alcoholic drinks to keep hunger and binging at bay. You can do it! Just remember the scale will still be there after the party!!!And, it is so darned truthful!!
Besides, you look great and want to keep it that way!!

The ticker factory has lots of different kinds for you to choose from and make it personal.
Do you like fish swimming through the waves?
How about a football on the football field?
Butterflies? A jogger? Cats? Tulips?
Change the ticker and the marker as often as you like. It will keep track of your weight/BMI or how many inches you lose. There are other kinds of tickers, too.
Copy and paste the HTML code they give you for your ticker into your About Me section on your profile page. Have a look on my profile page if you want to see what it will look like.
