Stephanie Klien is so right. If you're fat in yor head, knowing what to do is not enough. It's ust to tempting to give yourself "temporary" permission to eat more or eat sweets "just this time".
I've been tuning in to this site occasionally recently as my life has become more stressful and demanding for a while. I'm still on my slow journey toward my optimun health goals. Had some (minor) surgery and haven't been able to exercise for over three weeks now. i can't wait to get back to it. looks like next week will be all right for it. I miss the "up" feeling it gives me and it's both difficult and boring to have to just sleeping, resting and eating for options. So frustrating. Nice to have you all to look in on and take example from! thanks.
