I am new to this forum and this is my first post!
I've decided to focus on the big picture (improving my health) instead of making a lot of specific resolutions that I end up breaking quickly.
I'm reading a book that suggests you work on one health habit a week for a year (it is called 52 small changes). This week it is drinking enough liquids with the author suggesting you divide your weight by two and drink that many ounces. Much harder than I thought.
