The Best Way to Lose Weight-- How Much and Why?
The best way to lose weight is to decide to get fit. That way, you lose weight as a byproduct of becoming the healthiest you possible. If you join Dr. Traver's weekly program, you will learn each week some of the habits you need to adopt or drop to become your personal and healthiest best.
Generally speaking, you will need to eat healthy foods (mostly plants and vegetables, whole grains, lean protein) and avoid eating sugar and processed foods. On the exercise side of the equation, you'll need to find ways to exercise that you love--so that you will continue moving for the rest of your life.
