I just want to know if anyone has the same problem as I do. It seems I start a diet and fitness plan, but soon I loose focus. I'm back where I started. Just like most of us. I am working with foot problems and knee problems.
I am also on a steroid for crohns and I have diabetes. Lettuce and celery are two of diet food plans for weight lose that I can not digest. Does anyone have any suggestions to replace these low calorie foods?
