I'm eating healthy and 'moving' more. I may not get in 30 - 60 mins at one time, but throughout the day I'm doing it. For me it's working because I'm actually moving.
I used to be so faithful with my pedometer. I haven't worn it in awhile. I need to set it by my purse each night. That way I'd have it when I leave the house. I'd miss all of my 'morning steps' which adds up, but at least I'd have it on all day.
Gorgeous day here. Cool, but beautiful. Maybe tonight I'll get in a walk before dinner. I love the fresh air.
