Whoops, I missed last week. Better late than never. My exercise goals for this week are to do at least 30 minutes of yoga and stretching each morning, wear my pedometer and accumulate 10K steps which means I need to do at least a 2 mile walk every day, and strength train 3 times this week. I will follow Dr. Traver's 1200 calorie plan and log every bite in my food diary. My long term goal for this 12 weeks is to release 12 pounds of body fat.
