Congratulations on walking the 2 miles to your MD appointment. I sit at a desk at work all day too. One of my goals with the NY is to get up and 'breathe, stretch or walk for 5 - 10 mins.' Since there are no desk police at my office, I've been doing that too. Lucky me - I work for great people. But then if you have happy, healthy employees you benefit too.
