I am about 50 pounds over weight. Like some in this forum, I have been on this journey for years, maybe decades. My weight has consistently gone up not down. My flesh is weak...very weak. BUT 2012 has got to be different. Health problems are knocking at the door, loudly. So I am going to start with 10% as a goal. If I can lose 10% of my current weight I will be on my way to success. Any other 10% folks out there?
