I don't want to discourage you from continuing on your quest for fitness but losing 100 pounds by May seems too ambitious. However, your goal of 10 pounds per month is quite do-able.
In fixing your goals, you don't want to set yourself up for disappointment. Also, as your coach, I would much prefer that you focus on fitness--with weight loss as the natural byproduct.
Everything I've read recently says that fitness, rather than weight, is the most critical factor in determining our level of health. After the high school graduation event is over, you still have a long life to lead--how about leading it as the queen of fitness?
