I just returned from my M.D. and he is upset with me . I belong to a group called TOPS here in Wisconsin and when I started I weighted 160. I got down to 135 however my weight has gone up again to 144.
I read your notes and want to know what do you enter into your journals. Do I write down everything I consume in a day? Is it why I eat? And how important is exercise? You think I would know the answers since I am a retired R.N.. but I don't. HELP PLEASE!!!!!
