I can lose weight, i've done it lots of times. I must have been on most every diet there ever was during my life, even the old protein drink fast. The problem is i keep losing and gaining the same 50 lbs. Now at 68 years old i'm running out of time. I'm a retired RN and i know how being overweight predisposes you to diabetes. So far, i'm healthy and except for a little joint arthritis i dont have any medical problems or take any medications. I hope with the this help i can finally lose and KEEP the weight off.
