I have seen that some fast food chains are now trying out on hiring older workers rather than sticking with the traditional hiring 20-year-olds. They seem to have no problem at it and some even seem to love the new trend. Fast-food restaurants need to learn that hiring an older worker isn't all that bad. The fast food restaurant managers state that there is no maximum age limit like American Idol has. So if you want to do a restaurant career, there is Rally's, McDonald's, Hardee's, Starbucks, Great Harvest Bread Company, you name it. In Webster Groves, Missouri, Stratton's seems to put up the Help Wanted sign. And if you are walking down Big Bend in Webster and pass the restaurant up, STOP! Go inside and fill out an application. Now if Pizza seems to be up your alley, there is Dewy's Pizza, Domino's, and Pizza Hut. Kayak's Coffee in St. Louis just outside of University City at the MetroLink Skinker Station, and lots times, they go and get new people. And they have been having trouble getting some older workers and they would like to get some. Kadali's coffee also tried to get some people over the age of 50 and had trouble.
