While there were some critics who raved about "Cabin In The Woods", all we could think of is "WHY"? It's a complete hodgepodge of everything one can think of to make this movie gruesome, and as a result it stops being scary, but Mummy's never were scary to us!
They did try to make this movie different than what one expects. However that being said neither my gentleman friend nor I cared for this film. My friend told me later, "the more I think about this movie, the less I want to think about it!" Yet perhaps a younger audience will appreciate this movie more, because they think differently than a senior!
Maybe it's better if you decide for yourselves, for no one has to agree with me here. Taste in movies can be like enjoying chocolate over vanilla. I'll take vanilla in this case! If you have seen this movie please weigh in on it and let me know if you agree??? http://jackiekcooper.com/cabin-in-the-woods.html
