Well to start with,,,I am new to this , but I need help to lose weight. I weigh 2 times what I should , I am only 4'10" and should lose 100 pounds, I know WHAT to do but just don't have the motivation. I work 3 nights a week at our local Walmart stocking shelves so I am really worn out after a nights work. This also leaves me with no energy on my nights off. I am 62 . Does anybody out there have any ideas for me?
