Does the thought of flying at 30,000 feet in an enclosed space cause you major anxiety? The fear of flying is more common than you think.
In many cases, it's not even the flying that's the issue; it's other underlying causes like claustrophobia that lead to panic on a plane.
But there are ways to get around it. There are fear of flying courses and groups, plus exercises that can help calm your frazzled nerves.
