I been attending a Gentle Yoga class for about 7 weeks and they would like me to join the Hatha 1 class, but the time is not the best for me. I've found that several assanas and moves into have gotten a lot easier and I've lost a few pounds.
Yesterday, they had a special session called Rock-asana, which was asanas and dance movements to Beatles music! I finally got into the shoulder-stand! Can't wait to tell my regular instructor!
