Very well written. My last experience with NED (no evidence of disease) was 3 years ago. I've been doing chemo since then. Unless some new drugs become available, I'll never be able to stop. Too bad I still experience chemo brain, although not as bad any more. Wish I could have the clarity that Dan writes about having while he was on chemo. Jeff
Hey Jeff. You now have a chronic disease, like diabetes, and you'll always need treatment. But as you know there's plenty of full and rich life to live while dealing with a chronic disease. I know a woman who's been living with stage 4 breast cancer for over a decade. She's very funny. She starts every annual Christmas letter with... "I'm not dead yet."
