In Response to RE: Bye , bye Mr. Lie by sandi1010
I just voted early for Obama again as I don't trust the Republicans after they served us with 8 disastrous years of Bush that left us in a ditch. Does anyone believe that the Bush tax cuts helped the Middle Class? We started losing 800,000 jobs a month under Bush as corporations took their tax cuts and loopholes and went overseas for the cheapest labor possible. The lies of the Bush administration took us into a decade of unfunded wars which were very costly in lives and money. They created a real estate bubble for Wall Street who gambled our money away until the entire market collapsed in 2008. Then, big financial institutions received trillions of $$$ to bail them out while many Americans lost the money that they had saved.
Now the Republicans are back again with the same agenda of more tax cuts, that have depleted our treasury, more wars and drastic cuts to health care, retirement and public services. Romney is a businessman who would increase tax cuts for those at the top and make the rest of us pay. Romney and Ryan are counting on the low information voters as they're using social issues to attract them.
I haven't always agreed with Obama, but he has far more interest in the American people than Romney has for those at the top.
