Hi, my name is Wanda, I'm new here, and I am on a mission to get healthy and maybe lose a few pounds in the process. I look forward to reading the great tips you all have shared.
Here is something from me
1. This is the best coleslaw I have ever eaten, very easy to make and all the ingredients keep well so you can have it any time you like. Maybe add another carrot to make it even healthier.
2. For years I avoided calcium supplements because they all constipated me. I mentioned this to my new Doc and she recommended Magnesium. Works like a charm, changed my life! I take two calcium supplements a day and 750 mg of magnesium. Yay lady Docs!
