The same magazine that had the article about honey, also had one about nuts, which they say have "risen to the top of the healthy-snack list." While there isn't that much difference in the number of calories per ounce in nuts, there's a big difference in their antioxidant properties:

Pecans win this test hands down .. and I always thought that Almonds were the best nuts for you!

Pecans have a little higher fat content(although non saturated) and a better press agent : )
