I, like you, have no appetite when I'm really stressed. If I were to eat, I'd get really sick. Once my stress is removed, I eat like crazy!!! LOL
When I was growing up, if you were ill, or deeply stressed, my grandmas answer wasto prepare lots of your favorite dishes, to tempt your apetite. If I ate, I got nauseous. My stomach rebeled at dealing with food, under stress. My sister was the opposite, she ate and felt better. We deal with stress or even different kinds of stress according to out individual makeup.
