This sounds so good, too!!! My daughter-in-law loves sweets, and especially cookies. I'm going to try this one too! Thanks for helping me plan my menu for our vacation!!! Don't get me wrong, I only cook two of 7 days while on vacation, the rest of the time we eat out. These look like easy and quick fixes!
I made the Chip Ahoy and the salsa for a family reunion yesterday and they were both hits. I know the chip ahoy says chill for several hours but it's really better to chill it overnight. In the last few weeks I made 2 variations of this that both turned out great. I used reduced fat pecan sandies and sugarfree lemon pudding for one, and then tried the reduced fat vanilla wafers with sugarfree banana pudding and added one layer of sliced bananas in the middle. Both turned out great. The varieties are endless and this is just about the quickest dessert I've ever made if you have time for the overnight chilling.
