I dunno about the rest of you, but my digestive system was not the greatest functioning system for most of my life due to our ignorance of 'how things are supposed to work'.
But since I've focused on adding fiber to my diet, things are looking a WHOOOOLE lot BETTER!
I thought I would add this topic, so we could share news on new products or values of dietary changes.
I tend to forget how important fiber is to my diet until I travel somewhere. When I'm on the run or am in a foreign country, I find that access to fiber-rich foods is a bit restricted -- and this sends my body into a tailspin.
Like OF, I'm a big oatmeal fan. I love brown rice (thanks for the basmatic rice tip!), sprouted bread, and big salads. I also eat yogurt with those fabulous probiotic "goodies."
