Oooooh boy, it was only a matter of time before you brought that one up! I put this group under "Women's Health" because I couldn't find anything better. Hindsight being 20/20, it wasn't a good choice, I'll admit. Healthy eating habits have nothing to do with gender--seeing as how I'm eating crow here, I'm living proof ;-)
What I was going to say, though, (before I went into defense mode) was that I love a good asparagus omelet! I only wish they were home grown asparagus.... I actually found a great recipe in the South Beach Diet cookbook that features eggs, chopped asparagus, chopped chives, and goat cheese. SUBLIME. There's no other word for it.

You know me so well! I've been saving my response until the right gender, such as Tom's, came to my support. Not to worry: your heart is pure and purpose is noble using the limited to expand to the all inclusive.
A hint of humor helps to make a point. There is no gender in "Health Nuts." We are what we eat. In that regard, we are all one and equal!
PS: I use "store bought" or canned asparagus when no longer available from the garden or at the farmer's market. It works just as well.
