I tried sprouted grain bread on a whim & now nothing else will do. Its crunchy & filling & takes a while to chew. I like it so much that if I couldnt find it I would attmep to make it myself. The biggest nutritional plus seems to be that it is low on the glycemic index. Any of you tried it?
I like the taste and nutritional value of home made bread. The next time, I will try to make sprouted grain bread. It will be an interesting experiment for my bread maker.
