I read this article too and it made a lot of sense in light of a book I'm reading right now called Spent: End Exhaustion and Feel Great Again by Frank Lipman. From what I've gotten from the first few chapters, a lot of our stress and anxiety comes from so much electronic stimulation -- we are no longer following the natural rhythms of the day and that seems to be the underpinnings for all these other problems. If we slept more, we would feel less tired, and if we feel less tired, we think more clearly and feel more rested, less stressed.... Anyway, just a book recommendation! This is my first post on AARP and I'm just trying to get my feet wet.
