They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day - and I believe them. And I do love waking up to a heavenly veggie omelette or a bowl of steaming steel-cut oatmeal... But that rarely happens! In fact, for the past several months I've eaten the same thing every morning: whole grain toast and peanut butter.
