I have a few bad habits but I am trying to become a healthier and happier person.

Nice to meet you, too! I agree that healthy, natural food can make you feel better from the inside out (even for a sweet tooth victim like me). As for exercise, have you tried yoga? I do it at least once a week, as it has helped me with my back problems. I have a friend with arthrititis that swears by it as well. It provides a great workout, and helps to keep your body limber and less prone to injury. It also forces you to focus on a particular pose rather than the pain. I also remind myself that sunshine is an important friend! We stay indoors so much during winter months, and nothing makes me feel better than a healthy dose of sun and fresh air!
