We bake about 2 lbs at a time for dinner and my wife freezes the left overs in 4 ounce portion for salads or mixes with other foods for her lunch.
Hi there, That sounds like a great idea...better than canned. We usually buy large fillets of Salmon... cut it up in dinner size portions plus extra for a meal of salad the following night, package in freezer paper and freeze. Canned is great in a pinch. Congrats to your wife for her hard work and being a sexy senior. I aquacize too...except I'm a big baby...even though the pool is heated, I wait until the weather hits 85 or more.
