I don't buy peanut butter often, because of the calories, but I treated myself today. How many of you read the labels? Many peanut butters contain sugar & other non-essential ingredients! I bought a "natural" brand that just has peanuts & salt in it. I love how the label says, "just stir & eat" .. how exactly does one stir oil into concrete?!
Any favorite healthier brands? How do you deal with the separation of oil from the peanut butter itself?
