RE: Eating Real Food
Unfortunately I found that preparing real food at home ended up having me throw the rest out after a couple of meals because I got really tired of eating the same thing for more than a second time even when I froze the extra up in meal-size amounts. Thus, I eat out for lunch nearly every day. When I eat out, I mostly go to buffets and I'm one of the first few in the door, so I get the 'freshest' they have. This gives me a wide variety of veggies and even if I pick mostly the same items every week, I'm not tiring of it.
In the evening I focus on whole-grain fiber munchies and nuts which help increase my water consumption.
