Your comment about "corn flakes" reminded me of a recent cereal experiment. I decided to get a "healthy" brand of spoon-sized shredded wheat, and had it the next morning with almond milk .. I thought it would be a nice crunchy alternative for breakfast. Unfortunately, it quickly disintegrated, and wasn't crunchy at all .. just mushy. I think I'll go back to having conventional Nabisco shredded wheat once in a while!
